Housekeeping Job Description
Seeking a person to join our servant-oriented staff to assist in preparing facilities for retreats, camps and individual cabin rentals. Position is currently for one day per week (more hours may become available during busy times) and is based at the Snake River Rendezvous, a Christian Retreat, Camp, and Family Vacation facility located 22 miles South of Clarkston, WA on the Snake River. Snake River Rendezvous is an alcohol, tobacco, and drug free facility.
This team member works independently to clean cabins, Lodge, and Dorm facilities to required standards in a prompt and thorough fashion to ready facilities for occupancy. Duties will include sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning sinks, toilets, showers, kitchen, removing, laundering and changing bedding, disposing of garbage, washing windows, reporting necessary maintenance to Manager, and other duties as requested.
Demonstrated work ethic, dependable, positive nature, strong attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work, high level of integrity, ability to follow direction, and solution-focused attitude. Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly without assistance, climb, bend at waist, reach overhead, grip, push, pull, all with full range of motion, use all common cleaning solutions required for cleaning and disinfecting of facilities, and provide own reliable transportation.
$12.00 – $15.00/Hr DOE
